Pre-1945
Family Heritage
The Echavez-Mondejar and Polison-Dublas families are associated with substantial estates and agricultural plantations, reflecting an early tradition of land stewardship, enterprise, and civic standing. This heritage continues through Mondejar Estates in the Philippines and abroad.
1945
Mondejar Printing Press
Ret. Col. Manuel P. Mondejar established the post-war publishing legacy that linked the family to public discourse, journalism, and national publications.
1965–1995
Expansion across publishing, security, travel, and education
Successive decades saw the rise of Bonded Security Guards and Central Intelligence Services, the Mondejar Airline Ticketing Office, Mondejar Bookstore, JE Mondejar Press, All-Star Security Agency, JE Mondejar Computer College, Don Tipo Functions and Lucita Publishing House.
2000–Present
Global Ecosystem and Philanthropy
New initiatives were developed to expand global engagement, including Mondejar Galleries, Mondejar Institute, Mondejar Technologies, Mondejar Security, Mondejar Media, Mondejar Waters, Mondejar Farms, Mondejar Events, Mondejar Travels, Mondejar Residences, and Mondejar Estates, forming an integrated network of specialised institutions and ventures.
